Whether you are a student, own a business, or a small apple repair center, we offer fast and guaranteed repairs. We don't collect payment until your repair is successful. Just fill out a short form, then mail it to us with a tracking number, it's that simple.

We offer 2-4 day turnaround time for initial diagnostics, which checks for problems and possibly even repair the problem. Please note: Some jobs will require more labor and can take up to 2 weeks to complete. 24-48 Hour priority service is also available upon request. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, or just want to check in on the status of your repair, please feel free to contact us (email/text/call) whichever you prefer.

If in any case we cannot fix the problem, we will contact you via email or phone. If you have made previous payment, you will then be refunded, minus $20 for return shipping. As an alternative, we have replacement logicboard at discounts.

This repair service only covers the logic board. It includes the replacement components within the logic board. This low cost repair is for non-tampered laptops only. If your laptop has been tampered with, there will be an extra $50 diagnostics fee that is not refundable, even if repairs are not successful. (Due to the nature of laptop repaired unsuccessfully by previous technicians)

Considered Tampered:
  • Repairs were previously attempted
  • Logic Board has been washed with chemicals
  • Components are missing from the board
Not Considered Tampered:
  • Opened bottom panel to take a look, or dry from water damage
  • Removing the Hard Drive or RAM

Disclaimer: We handle your data very carefully, however, if you have important or sensitive data that you cannot afford to lose, please remove your hard drive before sending in your system. You can also securely back it up before shipping your system to us. We are not responsible for lost data.

This service does not cover the following:
  • Dead battery and AC power adapter
  • Defective CPU and Memory
  • Defective Hard Drives and DVD Drive
  • Cracked LCD/LED screens
  • Defective keyboard and trackpads

Please note: If keyboards, trackpads, speakers, LCD cables and other major parts (parts that cannot be repaired) need to be replaced, we will contact you.

After filling out online form:
  1. Print our online form or write us a quick note that includes your name, phone number, email address, full address to ship back to, and a brief description of what is wrong with the laptop. This note will need to be included with the laptop when you ship it to us.
  2. Securely package your laptop without the AC adapter and make sure that it will be secured from dents and drops during transit. Please send only your laptop. We will not be liable for anything else that is included with system, such as chargers, or special boxes.
  3. Ship the item to us using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Make sure to insure the package as well. We will not be liable for packages that were damaged because they were poorly packaged, or for packages that were lost in transit.
  4. Upon its arrival, we will run diagnostics on your laptop and will perform the necessary repairs. If there are any problems, we will contact you before taking action. Once the repairs are completed, we will stress test your laptop using "Apple Service Diagnostics". We will test and retest your laptop to ensure that there will be no further problems.
  5. We will then package and ship the item back safely to you. Return shipping on us!
